Default view for a calendar in Teams

I have a calendar in Sharepoint Online. I have a team in Teams that I want to see this calendar. I created a tab and linked the sharepoint calendar to it. When it opens it is a list. I created a view to display it as a calendar and it does and set this as the default view. it won't save this and opens as a list when I open it again.

    Hi @JAMES L HALL

    Based on my test it seems to work fine for me.

    Please have a check if the url of the tab is in a format like:

    https://<domain>.sharepoint.com/sites/<site name>/Lists/<calendar name>/<view name>.aspx

    And confirm that the view you created is set as the default view.

    Besides, if you access the url via browser, would you still see a list instead of calendar?
