How do I send a push notification to flow into teams or Outlook Calendars 15 min before date and time from MS lists/Sharepoint Lists?

I have created an MS list for our team and they have requested to have a push notification sent to them 15 min before the date and time of the assignment, either to our team's channel or added to our outlook calendar, can someone advise me on how to create a flow that will allow this to work? Thank you in advance!
