Hi Everyone,

A customer of mine replace a computer in his conference room .. After he replaced the computer he noticed that the monitor will not wake up after it goes to sleep .. Now the computer itself is setup to not go to sleep but the monitor is set to sleep after something like 5 hours ..

Only way he can get the monitor to come back on is to power off the computer .. I have even set the power settings to not turn the monitor off and still having issue ..

All the drivers are update as its a brand new computer .. Only thing I can think of is that is a not standard video card its a Nvidia RTX A2000 ...

So any thoughts or advice would be great thanks ..

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Monitor not wake up.

    1. Please try to Reset Monitor settings to factory default and also increase time out for ideal when there is no input signal from source using vendor manual.
    2. Also Disable Sleep mode completely On your Windows Computer Start , and select Settings > System > Power & sleep.
