Are you logging in Teams via the default installed version of Teams (Teams for home or small business)?
If you also have issues with the Teams web client, contact your admin to run the following run tests to diagnose the issue:
- Select the following button to populate the diagnostic in the Microsoft 365 admin center: Run Tests: Teams Sign-in
- In the Username or Email Address field, enter the email address of the user who's experiencing the Teams sign-in issue.
