Since I uninstalled a VPN app (that I installed one or two days before the shutdowns) the problem seems to be gone. Try finding out if you installed anything that interferes with your connection setup and uninstall them or configure them properly.

I don't have any vpns installed. I get the same bsod and error in the event viewer. WHEA bsod. It's not related to VPNs. It appears to be a problem with a security certificate between AMD and Microsoft but also doesn't appear that either company has fixed it in half a year.
