How can i create a username : "sa" for my SQL Server admin account. Azure is not allowing to create admin user with "sa" username for SQL Server.

The software that i am using need SA username to link the SQL Server. So without a admin user with "sa" username i am not able to connect my software with azure SQL Server. Can someone help.
