Extra steps for RDPing to linux VM?

Hey I have an issue, I'm trying to connect to a linux based VM I made but for some reason I can't RDP to it, I have no issues with SSHing. I also have no issues RDPing with the Windows VM I have, which made me think...do I have to do something extra to RDP to linux?
