Why doesn't my title bar switch to Dark Mode?

I have followed the example here, but although I have the code, my window remains unchanged.

Could you please tell us what project are you creating? Win32 application or Windows App SDK? What have you done based on the documentation? Could you please provide the sample to help us reproduce the issue?

Hey. Thanks Jeanine. I created a Win32 application, so the code is as set up by Microsoft.

I suspected, it might have been my OS version, as @Castorix31 said.

I'm wondering if there is a way I can still get a Dark Mode look on my application, on a Windows 8.1 OS.
