azure openai to make chatbot or virtual agent trained with my data

I would like to apply Azure OpenAI to trawl through largely text-based Microsoft Word documents or pdf or maybe a databse stored in a Secured Portal on SharePoint and apply that knowledge to specific input fact patterns, and get indicative answers. use it in a chatbot (Azure) like q&a or in power virtual agents

is there a tutorial for this?

    Giorgiokatr As per the current availability of chatgpt models through Azure OpenAI fine tuning allows you to use your data to train a GPT-3 model. However, due to resource limitations fine tuning is not available or turned off for subscriptions who have access to Azure OpenAI. This will change in the future as the service constraints are relaxed.

    If you do not have access to Azure OpenAI you can apply for one or use the Azure language service along with custom question answering to create a chatbot which can create KBs of your documents and deploy a chatbot. This however might not be interactive as chatgpt.
