sharepoint site "new post" default set to no expiry date or to 10 years ?

Hi guys

are we able to set the "new post" under SharePoint site to no expiry date or default to 10 years ?

    As far as I know, for News Post, there is no expiry date by default, it will be sorted by new and old.

    If you want to set an expiration date, here are some ways for your reference:

    You can add a page property called expiry date and add a filter to your news web part to hide those expired news. You can check detailed steps here:
