How to get Power BI Admin Portal access? We have got premium per user licenses

Hi Microsoft team,

I'm working in IT team at a global company. We have purchased Power BI Premium Per User licenses. I'm the admin of all workspaces in use, however, when I tried to visit Power BI admin portal there's almost nothing.

All MS related licenses are controlled by our central IT team. Shall I contact central IT to assign me an admin authority, or it's because we don't have a Premium Capacity license, or I can set it up from my end?

To get Power BI admin portal access, you need to be assigned with the Power BI license and admin role. So, if you have been assigned with a Power BI license, you still need to contact your central IT team to assign you Power BI admin role via steps in this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-role#assign-users-to-an-admin-role-in-the-microsoft-365-admin-center.
