How could we say?
Reset a password for the account and you know it.
I cannot seem to reset the password. It seems there is a default password for it

The account is system generated when you create SQL Server. You cannot reset the password for that account. Create a windows service account --> grant neccessary local security policies and use the same.
Please refer to this MS document:
Standalone instances should use the default virtual account, NT Service\MSSQLServerOLAPService for the default instance, or **NT Service\MSOLAP$**instance-name for a named instance.
In my test environment, I reselected the test account and clicked 'OK', and the service restarted.
Default virtual account does not require the password.
