Integration of OpenLdap server with Exchange Server 2016

We have a project where we need to use OpnenLdap server with exchange server 2016. Can any one please help how to achieve this?

    Ok, well Exchange is only supported with Active Directory for authentication.

    As you can see there is no mention of any other option:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/plan-and-deploy/supportability-matrix?view=exchserver-2019#supported-active-directory-environments

    Anything using OpenLdap would be unsupported and frankly, probably would not work anyway
