Despite West Europe and Invitation Mail from Microsoft ChatGPT not available in WEST EUROPE

I have received the mail with "Congratulations!  After reviewing your application, we are pleased to inform you that you have been onboarded to the Azure OpenAI Service."

After creating a RG and an Open AI Studio in my Azure Sub. I cant create a Development for ChatGPT on Open AI in WEST EUROPE.WHY?

    Hello @Sirmad Mohammad

    Thanks for reaching out to us here! I have checked the model availability table and I found that chatGPT model is only available in East US and South Central US as for now.

    Please create resource in East US and South Central US to use chatGPT models, sorry for all inconveniences.
