Remote Desktop Service Load Balancing

Hello Team

we have two server Windows 2016 Std edition and one domain controller. We want to access SAP Client Windows Based application for 30 users, basically user will join with RDP and Double click on SAP Application and run it.

How is the best way to setup NLB and application High Availability for remote users.

if any time any server down(expect domain controller) users doesn't effect , they still use SAP application.

any help will highly appreciate.

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to RDS load balancing

To increase the scalability and availability of your Remote Desktop Services infrastructure, you can create a cluster of Remote Desktop Connection Broker (RD Connection Broker).

However , User have to re login to RDS if any one servers goes down. As current sessions may not failover or switch to different RDS host.
