Azure - pipeline build includes\usr\lib folder

Hi,

We are moving the rpm build from jenkins to Azure.

On Azure pipeline build's RPM includes "/usr/lib/.build-id/", which cause conflicts with other packages while installing the RPM.

In this package it have additional folder \usr\lib.build-id which cause the issue.

But we not faced any issue while installing same RPM package build from jenkins.

In the Jenkins build RPM package does not have \usr\lib.build-id folder.
