MS Teams Network Assessment Tool Always Failed

Hi Everyone,

appreciate your support as i have installed MS Teams Network Assessment Tool in my domain machine but unfortunately every time i got below error message.

Failed to read parameters from ECS: One or more errors occurred.

    To my knowledge this issue may also be related to network.

    Please use some tools like Wireshark to capture the network packets and see if the requests are blocked by firewalls or other settings.
