Why can't an owner enter his shift?

We have 5 owners, of our Shifts schedule, who can enter shifts of all employees directly in the app ie. they select the person, the date, the elipsis (...).

One of these users cannot do this, yet they are an owner with same settings as the others. When they hover anywhere over the schedule they do not see the elipsis (...). Can you please tell me why, and how I can change this? Thank you.

    Hi @Donna Gauder

If only a specific user cannot create a shift, first confirm this user when the owner is located, because only the owner can create a shift. To assign a role to users, please refer to Assign team owners and members in Microsoft Teams for details. Second, it could be an issue with this account or the operation to be created.

Also, please try recreating the Teams web client by following this document to isolate the issue if it's a desktop client.
