New phone and can’t access outlook

Recently signed into my school’s email on outlook and got the Authenticator app on my old phone that was required. I scanned the QR code and was able to access my email. I just got a new phone however and did not back up the Authenticator app, and I am on a different Apple ID. I am unable to access my schools outlook now since there is there is no QR code to scan. What do I do?

    As you have school account , Please contact to your school tenant Admin to reset your MFA and send new MFA enrollment link so that you can use on your new Phone.
