    Hi @Megow, Ashley

I want to confirm whether other people being shared are experiencing the same issue?

Could you please tell us how did you open this shared workbook via Excel desktop app?

Such as via going to Excel > Open > Shared with me, locate to this file and open it. Such as via go to OneDrive online > Shared > Shared with you, find this file and open it via Excel desktop app or other ways.

    • I suggest you run Excel in safe mode(excel/ safe command), then open it in Shared with me to have a check.
    • Try to clear the Office Document Cache in %localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\OfficeFileCache.
    • Sign out your account from Office apps, and close all Office apps, sign your account back.
