To my understanding, your question is:
Currently I am using Teams for free(classic) and would like to upgrade to Teams Essentials.
My organization is using a former employee's account (A) to manage the organization.
If we upgrade to Teams Essentials, can we re-assign A's admin role to another employee (B) and remove A's account?
