result search mail in owa empty :

hi,

i have 3 exchange server 2019 cu 12 with 3 datatbase ,

when I se with arch for emails with OWA (search by recipient or by date), the result is empty, no result, even if you empty the browser cache or change the web browser, same empty search result,

the problem is only for some users,

and no problem with outlook only with OWA

    Please check if the users in question is in a particular database?

    You can try moving the mailboxes to a different database to rebuild the index and see if it still returns the same search results.
