Intune Management Suite Licensing

Is the Intune Management Suite licensing meant for use by Admins? Essentially unlocking access tools such as remoting and Advanced Analytics?

It seems quite expensive otherwise. With 800 devices and roughly the same number of users, that almost $100k a year.

I get some of the add on features like Privilege Management and MAM tunneling would be end user specific and we can assign licenses to users with that specific need.

    Licesing is user based. New features bring better user experience and used by Admins. I agree, it is not worth it :)
