Why is so stupid the language management. If i select a complete paragraph I can't change the language, sometimes even if I miss the Language button in the lower part of the page after that I can't change the language. Sometimes I am forced to change word by word the language, is Annoying, You must select the complete text does not matter if a mix of languages are there, then I may force to change the complete text to my desire language and then if I want to pick different word I may change word by word, How difficult is to do it this way?. On the contrary Currently I can't manage to change a text that has mix languages like spanish and english at least i do it word by word Is an idiot solution.

Which version of Word are you running and under which operating system?
In the full version of Word running under Windows or Mac you can certainly change the language for selected text. Or you can create a character style that applies a particular language.
