Hi,

I tried to use sandbox service to learn how to deploy the spring boot App on azure. But while following tutorial I face an issue that I can't understand. I'm following this tutorial. When I try to access azure portal to allocate resources I can't do it and get below error. If any one can help it will be great.

Experiencing authentication issues

The portal is having issues getting an authentication token. The experience rendered may be degraded. Additional information from the call to get a token: Extension: Microsoft_Azure_GTM Resource: signup.portal Details: The logged in user is not authorized to fetch tokens for extension 'Microsoft_Azure_GTM' because the user account is not a member of tenant '604c1504-c6a3-4080-81aa-b33091104187'. Error details: AADSTS50020: User account '{EmailHidden}' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Learn Sandbox' and cannot access the application 'c44b4083-3bb0-49c1-b47d-974e53cbdf3c'(Azure Portal) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account. Hi @Deshan Wickramarachchi ,

You need to make sure that you are signing in with an account that is part of the Microsoft Learn Sandbox tenant and that you are using the email that was added to that tenant.

That said, if this is an issue with Microsoft Learn and the Learn Sandbox, this currently isn't supported here on the Q&A forums and you may need to create a post on their forum to get this resolved. Our Microsoft Learn experts are actively answering questions in dedicated forums here:
