How do I fix the Information Column Microsoft Outlook 2019

Using Microsoft Outlook 2019. I have a client the changed her Outlook panes. All are back to normal except what I call the Information pane. (Folders Pane, Information Pane and Reading Pane)

At the top the Information pane shows a “”Search Bar”, “All, Unread then By Date””, then another sort by bar. I do not think this sort by bar should be there.

In my Outlook this search bar goes away when I contract the screen size of Outlook, comes back when I expand it. In my clients the search bar never goes away. Plus, the information pane does not show the “sent from” and the text is indented.

How do I change this information in the Information Pane? See the image included here.

    Hi @Terry Seagert ,

    Welcome to our forum!

According to your description about "Information Pane", do you mean the Email list area as shown in the below image?

    12

Plus, the information pane does not show the “sent from” and the text is indented.

If so, to take the example you mentioned, try the following steps:

1.Click View>View Settings>Columns...>Choose "Sent" on the left area and click "Add' to add it to the right area.13

2.Drag and drop the position of the fields in the right column to adjust according to your needs, and change the number of rows that can be displayed.

    14

3.In this way, "Sent from" someone will be displayed in the "Information Pane" you mentioned.

Hope to help you! If the above is not what you mentioned, I noticed that you tried to upload a picture about your problem, but it didn't work.
