Even advanced settings are not changeable:

So how would the ADMIN set up the display scale for 100% with a resolution of 1920X1080 (There is no scaliing option in the RDP settings)

    Hi,

When you connect to a remote 2019 server from windows client using RDP the display scaling should automatically match the local PC. For example, if your local display scale is 100% the remote session should be 100% as well. Is that not happening in your case?

    Thanks.
