I discovered yesterday that I wasn't sending or receiving emails in Outlook. I use Outlook to access my gmail account and have for several years without issue. The errors are 0x800CCC1A and 0x800CCC0E.

I didn't change anything from when it did work the day before. When I have checked the incoming & outgoing encryption settings and ports have not changed.

I use Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019

Please help! I was on the Microsoft Community and they directed me to this community for assistance

Some background - Moved to Win11 about a month ago, everything worked well until 2 days ago. I discovered I had a speaker sound issue. Looked it up and found it was a common issue. In the course of fixing it through rebooting, Win updates, etc. I also noticed an Office Update occurred. Once everything was finished the sound issue was fixed but now I wasn't receiving or sending mail from Outlook

    Hi @Don Walker ,

I noticed that you did a system upgrade, so I recommend that you repair Office from the Control Panel.

If your Outlook profile is corrupted or damaged, it can also be the reason behind the issue. It is recommended you create a new profile and re-connect your Gmail account to see if it works.

Check if google send you an email urging you to review your security settings. If so, change your Gmail account settings to allow "Less Secure Apps" may solve the problem.

If your issue has any update, please feel free to post back.
