Recover the Microsoft Azure Portal

We have to move our mail service to zoho but the issue is some root related mails are not move which face issue to un login the Microsoft account which we have Microsoft Azure VM's
Since we have migrated to a different email service provider we are unable to access Azure from our root account along with any of the accounts listed in it and I'd like to point out it had SSO enabled on GoDaddy by default.
We need assistance in order to retrieve the access to our root account and DO NOT want to set up SSO authentication for it on GoDaddy.
I'd want to get on call with any of your representative to resolve this issue by today as this has been a blocker for us considering we cannot access any of our servers on Azure Portal.
Please resolved this issue
