I am disabling (0) fsinglesessionperuser registry to run multiple sessions for the same user on windows server. How many RDP per user CALs will be required if I were to open 3 sessions for the same user.

    RDS isn't licensed by connections. It's licensed by either user or device Cals and beyond that you can do what you wish connection-wise.
