I no longer receive emails from a trusted sender. How can I fix this?

Not receiving emails from a particular sender where I have been prior, using my Hotmail account. I have tried all other avenues I could think of, not in junk mail, spam, blocked recipient. Is it possible that the emails are being blocked by this server? If so how can this be corrected? Please respond?

In order to verify, please provide some detailed information:
- Does the sender receive a non-delivery report?
- Did the sender send the email from the Outlook client or the web side?
- What type of account is the recipient using? Exchange or O365? If you are using O365, emails being quarantined is mainly related to anti-spam policy and anti-malware policy. You can check whether you have these related policy according to Quarantined email messages - Office 365 | Microsoft Docs. If it is related to anti-spam policy, please pay attention to our ASF settings in EOP - Office 365 | Microsoft Docs.
