Scenarios that accompany this: after using remote desktop or virtual machine

Problem phenomenon:

  1. Unable to drag desktop icons, hold down the left button to drag the icon, it will flash back quickly (not turn on the automatic arrangement of icons)
  2. You cannot drag files in the explorer, such as to the Recycle Bin
  3. You cannot drag links within a web page to open in the background

A valid solution has been tried: logout or restart

Invalid solution: Restart explorer.exe

Frequency of problems: about 3 times a week, not every time

platform: Windows 10 22H2 or Windows 11 22H2
