Skype conversation backup updating in wrong mail

We have configured personal ID and departmental ID in outlook whereas personal mail ID is set as default. Also we are using Personal ID for SFB also, but skype chat history is backing up as conversation history in departmental ID instead of personal ID.

    Hi @ms-karthik

    The key point for the integration between Outlook and Skype for Business is the sign in address. Please make sure the sign in addresses for the email account in Outlook and the Skype for Business account are the same. Sometimes, a user may have different sign in addresses for the two accounts
