Domain controller 2022 no copy paste from client

Hi,

I have such problem, I cannot paste anything when working on remote desktop to domain controller 2022 (this is simple one administrator remote desktop connection) server do not have any RDS roles installed, I can paste to windows server 2016, 2012 r2 from the same computer. I have enable clipboard sharing in remote desktop client, I used also other remote desktop clients but it is the same. This is any new secure improvements on windows server 2022?

    Errata, I cannot paste anything on Microsoft management console credential box when it ask for authorization.
