Why inactive account appear Active over API?

We have an ad account 138179102 (and more alike) that appear Inactive on bing UI (see the picture), but when we make an API call to SearchAccounts, that returns "AccountLifeCycleStatus": "Active".
Why? How to detect that an account became inactive?

2023-03-23T14:24:55.2333333+00:00 Also I noticed that when an account is suspended it won't return a response, instead it will return an error like this:
