email encyrpt feature not worked with o365 business standard + Information protection P1

Question

Hi,

Can someone help and validate my question and issue with Information protection P1.

are these licenses valid combo? business standard + Information Protection P1?

This worked mac outlook but not windows outlook before changing license from standard -> premium -> update outlook version -> downgrade standard.
