No response from Cognitive Services gating support for accessing Azure OpenAI services

Hi All. I have requested access to Azure OpenAI services and I have been waiting for a response for a month now. Moreover, I sent additional information to verify my eligibility twice and there is no reaction.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Please send an email to csgate@microsoft.com for application inquire. If you have sent it but still no response, please forward that email to Azcommunity@microsoft.com with title ATTN:Yutong, so that we can check with PG.

Please make sure you have added maccount@microsoft.com and csgate@microsoft.com to your Safe Senders list to ensure you receive all correspondence pertaining to your application, including the verification email from Microsoft Vetting Service.
