Windows Server 2022 IPAM - Remote Admistraton Via Client

I have just installed the IPAM server roll on a windows 2022 server. I would like to remotely administrate IPAM from the RSAT IPAM Client but I am unable to find a download.
Windows 10 Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045

Server Version: OS Name Microsoft Windows Server 2022 Standard Version 10.0.20348 Build 20348

I've looked over the forums and haven't found anything to help me with this yet.
