First Login after Installing extremly slow

Hey, I captured a deployed OS (Win 10 Ent 2021 LTSC and Windows Pro 22H2). I used the captured wim to create a new ISO Image for Offline Rollout.

Everything seems to be working. After after deploying the iso image (normal setup) the first login for newly created user takes forever ( It´s taking a bit longer than expected, but we´ll get there as fast as we can). I think it would stay here forever. Wenn I switch off the PC at this moment and switch it back on it the computer behaves completly normal.

Any ideas why the first login will stuck ?

    You may check below thread, someone mentioned: "if I set dmwappushservice to automatic and started it prior to capture it would fix that issue."
