I am trying to finetune gpt-3 model as mentioned in azure documentation using azure openai apikey. I am getting this error: "InvalidRequestError: The specified base model does not support fine-tuning."
I tried with different models, but getting same error, can anyone help me.

I'm getting the same error using davinci.
"The specified base model does not support fine-tuning."
Models can be only finetuned in central us region, but I had east us azure api key, that is the region I am getting this error. Might be same with you.

I do not see Central US as one of the Region options.
I did notice the following in the docs.
Looks like davinci isn't available for new customers. If anyone from Microsoft can provide insight in to when it will be available that would be helpful.

Models can be only finetuned in central us region -Can you provide a link where you found this fact.. Man, OpenAI and region specific behavior is really difficult to keep up with
