How to fix system restore error (0x8007025d)

After updating windows 10, SQL Server stopped working, can't connect to the db.

I really need to restore from this restore point but there's an error on msedge.exe, how can I solve this issue?

    The error 0x8007025d occurs when either the system cannot read, or write to execute the operation it is instructed to do.

    Deactivate your firewall and see if that helps. When you do a restore, or try to install something Antivirus may start scanning file before it is allowed access by other Windows resources.

    You can try the below solutions and see if that help to resolve the issue.

    -Run SFC scan in Safe Mode

    -Run DISM scan

    -System Restore from Advanced Recovery Environment.
