Two Certifications not showing on profile

Good morning,

In February 2023, I took two certification exams. I received my Credly badges right away but as of today, I can not see my certifications on my profile. Two of my accounts were merged and I am unsure whether my certifications got lost when transferring over. My main Learn account email is the email that I used when sitting for these two certifications.

I took the tests through Certiport and received my certificates and score reports there but they are not showing here. Please advise on what the next steps would be to find a solution.
