i can't change my control panel\power options\system settings

in control panel\power options\system settings the lock is off and i can't change it even thou i'm the administrator it tell me that (some of these settings are managed by your administrator ) i have tried to turn off my (DEP) but didn't work

    Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to can not change power options.

    1. Press Win+R, then type "gpedit.msc" -> Go to Computer Configuration-[Administrative Templates->System->Power Management -> Double click the Specify a custom active power plan policy setting -> Set to Disabled
    2. OR run below command from elevated prompt.

    powercfg -restoredefaultschemes
