Cannot access my Visual Studio Enterprise Free Azure Credit

I have an Visual Studio Enterprise subscription which has $150 credit/month. My credit was provided to my Azure Account burnabybull@outlook.com, however, I want to change it to another Azure account, washingtoncao@hotmail.com. Can I do that? If so, how can I do it？ Thanks.
