Microsoft Outlook random undeliverable email message

I don't know if anyone else has recently received an email and then received an undeliverable message with an attachment which is the original email I have received. A number of people who have sent email messages to me have also been receiving similar 'undeliverable messages' when sending me a message quoting an unknown email 'mailbox is full'It is becoming a bit of a nuisance because I am receiving queries from senders, via other ways of communicating, informing me they are attempting to email me and my mailbox is full. However, I am receiving all emails as normal. At the same time, I am receiving normal emails I also receive messages which go directly into my junk folder to the emaill and at the very end of which contains an attachment holding the email I have already correctly received.

Has anyone any idea how I could block this which is always from the same sender (herrimg**********.com) and stop this happening?

Many thanks.

    Hi @Roger Shrimpton ,

What type of account are you using? Is it an outlook.com or exchange or o365 account?

When your mailbox is nearing its maximum capacity, we will begin sending you emails and in-app messages telling you your storage is almost full. If it does exceed capacity, you won't be able to send or receive any messages. Also, people who send you email will receive an error message that tells you your mailbox is full.

To see how much mailbox storage, you've used and quickly clear up space: At the top of the page, select Settings > View all Outlook settings > General > Storage.

Refer to this article to check your mailbox storage and clean up mailboxes: Mailbox storage limits in Outlook on the web

When you no longer want to see messages from someone, you can block a sender via this link: Block a mail sender
