Visual Studio can't start normally

Question

近日学习编程，安装了Visual Studio，同时在安装页面安装了C#的使用环境。在第一次打开的时候非常顺利，写代码、编译也都正常进行，但每当重启了电脑之后，Visual Studio就无法正常使用了，具体报错如下：

出现报错后，要么闪退，要么就是会继续加载一小会然后闪退。但在Visual Studio Installer中执行完修复程序后，一切又恢复正常，接着又开始出现上文所提到的各种报错。

百度和谷歌中都提到了删除 C:\Users*username*\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\17.0_28ed1833\ComponentModelCache 中的所有文件，但报错依旧……

随问题附上报错的log，希望能有大佬帮忙小弟解决一下问题，万分感谢！

Alright I'll pay attention next time for language problem!

But I just checked the Visual Studio Installer according to your solution, it shows that my Visual Studio is the latest version(17.5.2), also I haven't install any third-party extensions...

So could you please give my problems another look? Thanks so much!
