Why my Firefox software doesn't get remove from the computer when I removed the user from having this software?

So recently using group policy I assigned Firefox software to user1, then I removed the Firefox app from the user1 and applied gpupdate /force, but still no matter what I do- the Firefox app doesn't get removed the computer.
Also, I assigned the app to User 3 and 4, in a group yet why does user1 get this app? I didn't even link the user to anything.
I am doing everything under "User Configuration' but either way it doesn't work.
I am using window server 2022 standard

2023-03-20T01:47:20.15+00:00 @Anonymous imagne there are 100 devices that all the software got saved in local, i can't just go there and delete it manually, there should be other solution.
I configure "user configuration " but user who this app loged into the device, and the software got saved in local, which it shouldn't.

2023-03-20T12:38:56.8433333+00:00 @Anonymous i dont know what you mean to debug, but after restarting the computer and doing all gpupdate, the software still got saved in local computer, and all the users who get into this local computer able to see it, even though the software wasn't assign to them.
