Hi,
I've got a message from Azure Cognitive Services that I've been onboarded to the Azure OpenAI service. however, when I make an app on Azure portal, I couldn't make OpenAI service. because as the following notice,
Azure OpenAI Service is currently available to customers via an application form. The selected subscription has not been enabled for use of the service and does not have quota for any pricing tiers. Click here to request access to Azure OpenAI service.
However, I've already requested to access before, and I approved it.
Please let me know what I should do.

Hey @ddengle If my understanding is correct, in your welcome email the subscription part is blank? Could you please confirm?
@YutongTie-MSFT I have occurred the same problem, I have received the congratulatory email, but the subscription is blank, why? My ApplicationID is 49753.

I have same problem. I do not khow my Application ID and I cannot open Azure OpenAI Studio. I dont now where is error.

because your subscription ID is wrong, you need use correct subscription ID request the Azure OpenAI service. you should get subscription ID as follow website.
