Unable to change users manager

Hi, I'm wondering why I'm not able to change specific user Manager. If i choose other user I can change but for one i need i can't. I uploaded a screen where I want to change that.

Do you have any suggestions why it happened ? Can it be caused by insufficient permissions ?

Hi Kamil Buszmann, may I ask if the user you logged in to AD is granted any roles?

Hi, Kamil Buszmann ,I can reproduce your question, when a normal user without any roles in the tenant logs in to AD Directoy, his personal properties cannot be modified. You can ask the global administrator of the tenant to grant you administrator role, such as user administrator to solve this problem. Hope this helps. Best Wishes.

I have an administrative role in Tenant but I found problem. When i created a PowerShell script to change it by script this error appeared:

Connect-AzureAD

Object id - id of person i want to change

ref Object id - id of person i want to assign

Set-AzureADUserManager -ObjectId "" -RefObjectId ""

in this blank "" signs i provided both ID's. It worked perfectly fine on test tenat but on tenant where i wanted to change it didn't work.
