This is a known issue. Cause of this issue is that the Edge Stable version 110 installation package does not contain the proper metadata to prevent it from being considered by WSUS to be applicable to Windows Server 2012/2012R2 platforms.
The fix required to correct this behavior has now been released. WSUS administrators will not be required to make any changes. Machines that were once displaying versions of Edge higher than 109 on Windows Server 2012R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows 8.1, or Windows 7 will now correctly suppress them from being applicable.
